I'm a fellow Wald...Thank you for posting this! I'm a fellow Waldo resident, and am glad to know that not everyone is going crazy in the neighborhood. If people want to talk about it with me, I keep telling them that I do what I've always done safety-wise (pretty basic stuff) and that I don't participate in promoting fear. My husband and I have also been talking a lot about how, unfortunately, we have many friends who are survivors of rape...none of them were by strangers.
