Georgia's Stonehenge ~ Weird

Did you know this existed? I didn't but, wow! This is bizzare and really fascinating, and you know I love me some crazy crackpipe theories. While this isn't a straight out theory, I bet the unknown people who designed have some. So, crazy by default.

Read this wired.com article and find out the story behind the ultimate DIY project for a post-Apocalypse era.

Holy crap, that was sure interesting! I read the wiki, and the article, and still have a bazillion thoughts and questions.

Thanks for sharing, stuff like this gts my brain a buzzing.

going to read the article now... that looks strange.... speaking of strange Double M.... I just blogged about your old stomping ground... it looks a mess but, eventually, will be cool... no completion date set yet.

Very cool! If I get back to GA anytime soon I am going to make a side trip to see that.

Wow! How had I never heard of this??? It's so cool. So weird. So eerie. Some of the tenants are totally righteous, others are total rot. I do believe in zero population growth--but how??? Well, I always said I refused to leave the earth until;
1. Women made the same as men.
2. Zero population growth
3. No more reliance on fossil fuels.
Maybe I should make my own tenant stone for my garden with those rules??? Intriguing.

I don't know how I missed this post, either.
